Comstock School received a prestigious Bronze Award from the US News and World Report 2018 Best High School rankings.

Comstock School is among only 601 schools across Texas that were included in the rankings.  US. News and World Report's Best High School Rankings included 73 schools that earned the Gold Award, 155 that earned the Silver Award, and 373 that earned the Bronze Award.  Texas Education Agency reports that there are 1,712 public high schools in Texas.  Since the rankings include public and charter schools, fewer than 30% of all high schools in the US received this distinguished recognition.

Specifically, Comstock School was recognized for its test performance, with 96% of our students passing in Reading, and 93% of our students passing in Math.  This was in conjunction with our 100% graduation rate to earn our Bronze Award rating.
