Comstock Independent School District Announcement of Openings

Comstock ISD is a small, rural school district in West Texas. Academic performance is the highest priority for our students. CISD enjoys great success in academics, UIL competitions, as well as all levels of sports competitions. Excellence is expected of all students and staff. The district has modern facilities with state of the art technology.

We believe students are given the opportunity to learn when the environment is infused with discipline, structure, student involvement, and fun, challenging activities.

Focus of School Activity

We believe the focus of school activities should be to provide purposeful activities (Academic and Extracurricular) to enhance team work and leadership skills toward the end goal of developing students that are prepared for the real world.

QUALIFICATIONS

Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate Mid-Management Certificate
Certified T-TESS appraiser
ILD certification
Able to provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service.
Direct the implementation of district policies and instructional programs and manage the operation of all campus activities.
