CISD Makes Donation to the Mary L. Pierce Cancer Resource Room

From Val Verde Regional Medical Center:  On behalf of the Mary L. Pierce Cancer Resource Room, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Comstock ISD for their generous donation of $1,299.73. These individuals organized a fundraiser during October of last year and, despite dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, they were able to raise money to the patients of our community. We also provide assistance to patients within our surrounding cities, including Comstock. These funds will contribute to more uninsured patients benefiting from our Mammogram voucher program. We are incredibly grateful to the generous people of our surrounding communities!
