Val Verde County Library E-books

Val Verde County Library (VVCL) works with HooplaDigital to provide high quality ebooks and movies for patrons of all ages in Val Verde County.   HooplaDigital is accessible from both your browser, and web and tablet apps.  Using HooplaDigital, you can check out up to five ebooks at a time!

In order to access HooplaDigital resources, you must have a VVCL library account.  If you are unsure if your account is still active, you can call the library at 830-774-7595 to find out and activate if necessary.  If you don’t have a library account, an adult in the family can set up a family account by telephone.   The adult will need to have a TX Driver’s License or ID card, and can call 830-774-7595 to do so during the Covid19 Pandemic.
